The Plywood Workshop is a professional plywood manufacturer subordinated to Jinlin Lumber. It has the advanced technique and modernized equipment. The workshop has 350 employees. The annual output of various single plate, middle plate reach 45,000 cubic meters. The max. output can reach 65,000 cubic meters. As one of the main manufacturers of Jinlin Lumber, the Plywood workshop puts the emphasis not only on technical power and the standardization of management, but on renewal of equipments.It has imported many sets of cold, hot pressing machines and sand polishing machines from Japan and Taiwan, which greatly propels the continuous development of enterprise.
Now, our workshop has three 8 chi rubber spreading machines originated from Suzhou for the single-faced or double-faced rubber spreading of various panels; eight cold pressing machines from Japan, three 15-layer hot pressing machines, one 30-layer hot pressing machines. Additionally, we have three sand polishing machines, for the beveling and polishing of material surface. These equipments provide assurance of the high quality products.
